Step two · free, 20 minutes

Twenty minutes, and I might tell you no.

Every enrollment starts here, and the call is mandatory. Not as a sales device — because the completion rate depends on screening, and screening means turning people away.

There is no pitch deck and no follow-up sequence attached to this call. If I don't think I can help you, I'll say so and I won't take your money.

What the twenty minutes are

Three questions, honestly answered, in that order.

You'll arrive with a numbered list of questions — most women do, and it's the best possible way to arrive. Here's what I'll be doing with the time on my side of it.

  1. First six minutes

    What you've already run

What you cut, for how long, and when it stopped working. I take the experiments seriously because they were real experiments — most of them just weren't readable.

  2. Next eight

    Whether your bad weeks cluster

Whether you've ever charted it, what your workup found, and what any panel you've paid for actually said. If you have a report, have it open.

  3. Last six

    A straight answer

Either I think you're a fit and I'll tell you exactly what the twelve weeks look like and what they cost, or I don't, and I'll tell you that instead. Then you go away and think about it.

The application

Answer these and we skip the small talk.

Ten questions. They take about five minutes and they're the reason the call can go somewhere useful in twenty.

Two of them are screening questions and I'd rather you hit them here than on a call: I can't currently take clients in California, and if there's an active eating disorder in the picture, charting and food challenges are the wrong tool.

What I don't do

  • IgG food-sensitivity panels

They hand you forty suspects and no method for clearing a single one.

  • Hair mineral tests

Not evidence-based, and clients keep arriving burned by them.

  • Ordering your labs

I'll give you the language to ask your own physician. I don't order, and I don't diagnose.

  • A longer list of foods to fear

Every protocol you've run added rules. This one subtracts them.

Request your fit call

Ten questions. They're the same ones I'd ask in the first six minutes of the call, and answering them here means we spend the twenty minutes on your actual situation instead of on the basics.

Your answers go to Maya, not to a sales team — everything client-facing in this practice is her.
