Paid and organic · nine concepts
How we describe this offer to a stranger.
Three that make her feel described, three that teach the mechanism, and three that carry the offer. Only the last three point at the fit call.
This practice has never run paid traffic. Test these organically first and put budget behind a concept only after it has earned attention unpaid.

Recognition
Cold traffic. The only job is to make her feel described, precisely enough that she stops. No offer, no price, no credential dump.

“Nobody actually understands what this is like.”
Primary text
You wake up flat and by 4pm you look six months pregnant — and your labs are normal.
You've had the colonoscopy. The celiac panel was negative. You were told IBS, more fibre, manage your stress, and the fibre made it worse.
Here's a question nobody has asked you: do your bad days cluster? Same week of the month, or genuinely random?
Most women have never charted it, so they don't know. It takes ninety seconds a day for fourteen days to find out, and it costs nothing.

“I've already cut everything. What's even left?”
Primary text
You've cut gluten, dairy, onions and beans and you're still bloated.
That's not a discipline problem. It's a sequencing problem.
Every low-FODMAP handout gives you the elimination and skips the part that matters. Reintroduction is the product. It's the half that gives foods back.

The 3pm crash, the coffee, the irritability, and snapping at your kids at 5:30.
You've been told that's your age, or your stress, or just what a full life costs.
Maybe. But nobody has charted it against your cycle either, and that's a fourteen-day question with an actual answer.

Mechanism
Warm traffic and retargeting. She recognises herself already; now differentiate the vehicle. The moving-scale metaphor does the work in every one of these.

“How is this different from the free low-FODMAP PDF?”
Primary text
Same lunch. Fine on cycle day 10, ruinous on cycle day 24. You're not imagining that.
Every elimination diet assumes your baseline holds still. If your symptoms move with your cycle, it doesn't — and you end up weighing yourself on a scale that's sitting on a boat. Every reading is real. Every reading is also wrong.
So we don't test food first. We chart symptoms against cycle days, subtract the weeks where the reading can't be trusted, and only then reintroduce foods one at a time.
We fix the measurement first. Then we test.

What if the answer is four foods — and you've been avoiding forty?
The thing you leave the twelve weeks with is one page: your confirmed triggers, your thresholds — how much, not never again — and the foods that were never the problem.

“I'll just cut gluten strictly on my own first.”
Primary text
Three weeks is shorter than one cycle.
Which means a three-week gluten trial can't produce a readable answer — the window closes before the comparison exists. That's why it worked and then stopped, and why the stopping felt like it meant something about you. It didn't.
Two minutes will tell you whether an elimination you've already run could have given you a trustworthy result.

“The clinic with the big panel is being more thorough.”
Primary text
I don't run IgG food-sensitivity panels. I don't run hair mineral tests. I don't order your labs, and I don't diagnose.
A panel that hands you forty suspects and no method for clearing a single one isn't thoroughness — it's a longer list of foods to be afraid of.
What I do instead: chart your symptoms against your cycle, reintroduce foods in windows where the reading can be trusted, and give you the language to ask your own physician the right question.

I can't promise your symptoms will go away. Nobody honest can.
What I promise is the process: twelve weeks in a fixed sequence, four 1:1 hours with me, and a written protocol, reintroduction schedule and maintenance plan that are specific to you.

Fifteen seats, three times a year — because week 5 and week 11 are 1:1 hours and fifteen is the honest ceiling.
Which means “not right now” isn't a two-week delay. It's about four months.
There is never a clean twelve weeks. The woman waiting for one is still unbuttoning her jeans next October.

Before any of this runs
Four rules, and one open question.
- The practice has never run paid traffic. Start these organically on the 4k Instagram account and to the 600-person list, and only put budget behind a concept after it has earned engagement unpaid.
- No ad may carry a symptom-outcome promise, a before/after, a weight-loss claim, or any cure, heal, or hormone-balancing language. Cycle work is described as pattern-spotting, every time.
- Recognition ads point at the free guide or the chart. Only the three closing concepts point at the fit call. This buyer lurks six to fourteen months before she buys; the sequence has to survive that.
- [OPERATOR INPUT: confirm whether Maya wants her own face in any creative. The brand rules ban stock photos of women laughing at salads, and the alternative — real food, real kitchens, warm light — needs an actual shoot before an image ad can run.]
